Received this AROMACLOUD as a gift for X-Mas. It turns off after 1-2 minutes. The longest it has run for me is 20 minutes. When I asked via Sage Chat. The CSR told me its because of the water I am using....lol. Tap water vs filtered water. I have tried both waters but the problem is still persisting. She didn't seem to want to provide any additional options for an exchange as it seems like a defective item... especially based on the other reviews.
