Our VP, Brand & Creative Kiara LeBlanc knows a thing or two about cultivating a dream job, and was honored to join fellow female leaders for a beauty industry panel at the recent Create & Cultivate conference in New York City. Moderated by Michelle Lee, editor-in-chief of Allure, Kiara shared wisdom on what it means to be a woman in business today and how she stays well the 100% natural way.

When she needs a reboot, she reaches for essential oil blends to help shift her mind and body into a greater state of wellness whenever she needs it, wherever she finds herself. Whether you are running from meeting to meeting, or jumping from conference call to boardroom presentation, here are three wellness tips Kiara recommends for maintaining your well-being at work. 

 

1.    Breathe deep and calm the presentation jitters

How to do a Saje Breath
