Picked this up at the Waterloo store. Product does seem to work, but never could get pump to work. Have to use it like a "dipstick" - put it in, and scrape the product off. I see other people have the same problem with the pumps - just adding my vote too. Pity that good product has to be diminished by poor packaging. Ironic too - a lot of the reason I shop at Saje is for the packaging - the little bags and cases that come with stuff is usually very cool!

I like the creams/soaps etc...product and smell is good. This cream is effective. Having said that, I am so frustrated with Saje. The bottles don't open properly (the staff have to assist in opening before I take the product home) and half way through using, the pumps seem to give out. I have gone into the store to discuss and advised that this is a common occurrence and they are looking into it. That was a good year ago if not more. So the question remains, are you looking into it or is that just a one liner that you tell the Staff to say when problems arise? I continue to have problems, for instance at Christmas I purchased the kits with the Sugar Plum soap etc. The soap pump gave out after a week....grrr, how embarrassing as I also gave as a gift. I emailed Saje and again, the theme of the response was too bad, so sad. I have spent a good deal of money with this company (again I do like the products) but the attitude of "oh well" is a little off in my book. I 'm not as excited about this company any more. I was just looking at the travel humidifier which I thought could be useful but see that the reviews are awful so I def won't purchase. I don't have the time to double back and return to the store or have to think about broken purchases. Just some feedback, too bad that I had to resort to writing a poor review on the website. Didn't want to have to do that but am just not satisfied with the continuous don't care attitude and standard one line response about quality.

I absolutely love this product and use it twice daily in the morning and night which has really helped my eczema. I have also been complimented many times about how good it smells. However, the downside is that the packaging is terrible, by about halfway through the bottle, it is impossible to get the product out via the pump. Saje, I hope you change the packaging!

I usually am pleased with your products but the pump on this doesn't work well and when I phoned the store they told me they had received a lot of the same feedback. It is very difficult to initiate.

I had been struggling with eczema on my hand for the past year and tried many different medications, treatments and cortisone creams. None of them worked for me and my eczema was only getting worse until I came across the Eczema Ease cream at Saje a few months ago. This product is MIRACULOUS!!! I no longer have the scars (from scratching it too much), redness and itchiness. It is amazing how this natural lotion worked so much better than cortisone creams for me. I highly recommend this product to anyone suffering from eczema or similar skin conditions. It works like magic!
