FIRST AID RESTORATIVE KIT

ARNICA RESCUE:

Helps relieve pain and inflammation in muscles and joints, such as sprains, bruises and joint pain. Apply 5 ml up to three times per day for 48 hours, take 24 hours off, repeat this cycle as needed.

RESTORAL:

Pine tar is traditionally used in herbal medicine to relieve rashes and pruritus (itchy skin) and to treat chronic skin diseases such as psoriasis and eczema. Eucalyptus essential oil temporarily relieves aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with simple backache, lumbago, strains and sprains involving muscles, tendons and/or ligaments. Apply 2.5 ml (1/2 tsp) two times per day to affected area(s).

Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond seven days.

PAIN RELEASE:

For the temporary relief of minor aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with simple backache, arthritis, strains, bruises, and sprains. Apply to affected area not more than 3-4 times daily. Start with a lower dosage and increase if well tolerated and if symptoms persist.

STRESS RELEASE:

Used in aromatherapy to alleviate symptoms of mild anxiety such as restlessness and nervousness by inducing relaxation. Apply to forehead, neck and shoulders.

Put several drops on a tissue and hold close to face while inhaling deeply, or insert tissue into pillowcase before bed.

Add 10-25 drops to a bowl of steaming water; inhale deeply for 5-10 minutes. Add 7-12 drops to a full bath and swish to disperse well.
