IMMUNE GERM & VIRUS FIGHTING REMEDY:

Used topically in aromatherapy to help relieve symptoms of flu such as colds and cough. Apply 1-5 drops to the chest or throat area as needed.

ECHINACEA THROAT SPRAY:

Helps to relieve the symptoms and shorten the duration of upper respiratory tract and throat infections. Shake well before use. Mist seven times onto the back of the throat every two hours, six times per day at the first sign of infection.

Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4-6 weeks.

IMMUNE FORTIFYING BATH SALT SOAK:

Used topically in aromatherapy to help relieve symptoms of flu such as colds and coughs. Add 10 ml (2 tsp) to a full bath and swish the water gently so that the salts dissolve and disperse throughout the water. Close the door to keep the precious aromas in and stay immersed for 20-30 minutes.

If you have epilepsy, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse with vegetable oil. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. May cause allergic reaction (e.g. Skin rashes, irritation, and dermatitis); in which case, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Avoid exposure of applied areas to the sun. Avoid with high blood pressure. Consult a health care practitioner for prolonged use, or if symptoms persist or worsen. Do not use on inflamed skin or dermatitis.
