Suggested uses for patchouli essential oil:

Adults: add 5-25 drops to 10ml of a carrier oil of your choice (like fractionated coconut oil or jojoba oil) for local application.

For massage, add 2 drops to 20ml of carrier oil.

Add 5-10 drops to your diffuser of choice; add additional drops as desired.

Less is more; for all methods of application, start with the lowest suggested number of drops and add according to your preference.
