This invigorating herb helps to revive depleted energy. Menthol from peppermint has a stimulating effect which offers a soothing yet revitalizing topical experience.

Eucalyptus

Frequently used to soothe respiratory discomfort, the leaves of this plant are rich in eucalyptol, an ingredient used in many traditional medicinal preparations. Eucalyptus is fresh, clearing, open and clarifying.

Rosemary

This vibrant and invigorating herb is thought to help overcome sluggishness and low energy. Rosemary is strengthening and revitalizing, helping to promote stimulation and a revived spirit.

How to Use

At the first sign of a headache:

Roll along your temples and hairline, creating a 'halo'-like effect

Roll along the back of your neck and across your shoulders

For extra cooling and soothing, roll directly onto your scalp

PACKAGING INFORMATION

Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, seek urgent medical attention or contact a poison control centre. This product is for external use only. Do not take orally. Do not use essential oils undiluted. If you have epilepsy, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse with vegetable oil. Do not use if you are pregnant or breast feeding. May cause an allergic reaction (e.g. skin rashes, irritation, dermatitis) in which case, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Avoid exposure of applied areas to the sun. Avoid with high or low blood pressure. For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner.

Add 20 drops to 10 ml of carrier oil for local application.
