Shipping Process Could be Improved
I love each of the oils included in this set, so much that I ordered two at a time. So refreshing and uplifting. My whole family enjoys them! However, Saje didn't provide me with notice that the item had shipped (most retailers do this when you order online), and so a week or so after ordering I began to wonder if my items had been picked and shipped or not. Eventually when my package arrived to my door, one of the caps to one of the oils was cracked and had leaked quite a bit. No worries, I replaced it with a lid to an empty Saje oil bottle and carried on with life. There's no way to know if this happened during delivery, or if it were like that from the warehouse. Either way, I think it's important other consumers know.
