I love mine!

I received a black Aromagem for Christmas 2-3 Christmas' ago and I love it. At the time our closest Saje store was almost 5 hours away, so once I ran out of oil it wasn't used for awhile; sadly it sat neglected in my bedroom for nearly a year (and bumped around a bit, I'll be honest). I didn't want to risk ruining it with other oils though, so I patiently waited until I could get more. Recently a store has opened in our local mall and I am thrilled. Once I got my favorite oil blends (Refresh is my all time favorite!) I got my Aromagem up and running again and it has continued to perform stunningly with practically no maintenance. In all the times I've used it, I've only had a few incidents of it being finicky about it's water level, even if I accidentally over fill it. I also find it runs way longer than the 9 hours on it's intermittent mode, which is awesome! I'm sad for all the others that are having problems with their Aromagems, mine just keeps going and going!

Same problem as everyone else

i got this as a gift about a year ago and just took it out of the packaging, used it for the first couple times this month because I wanted to get some of the oils to go with it. I was really excited you could use it with or without the oils I found out, but my aroma gem keeps turning on and off and won't consistently run. I've tried cleaning it? Which I don't understand how it could be dirty already. I've tried all the troubleshooting that people have done but nothing seems to be working. I wanted to buy some for my family members as gifts but i don't want to buy them faulty products especially since this seems to be a reoccurring issue not just mine.

I bought this diffuser and was really excited about it...as per the seller in the store, it was supposed to diffuse for 4 and half hours! This never happened! I barely can get 20 minutes out of it!! Furthermore, I barely get a mist out of the machine, can't even see the smoke coming out anymore and that only after a few usage. I went in store once to tell them about my problem and how desapointed I was thinking they would exchange the machine since it has a lifetime warranty. They told me the clean the inside with rubbing vinegar and that it should be working fine. So I did when I got home...same problem again happened right after Today I went back in store with the machine to explain the problem. They blogged the dispenser and you could clearly see a difference in the mist coming out of my machine compared to any of the floor model, mine was much less. The girl that first answered me was so defensive that I could barely explain my problem, she kept on cutting me.. She put water in and told me they would let the machine work with water only, not even with any oil to finally told me that the machine could not be exchange because it was working, not actually dead. Again I explained her that the smell wasn't as strong as before and lasted much less but she didn't want to exchange the machine.. She offered me to take home the floor model she had, which she had to clean cause it was so dirty. I now have a floor model at home and I am highly disappointed on the customer service and the fact that I paid for a new machine and now have a floor model at home that had a dirty fan and makes noise compared to the one I had. Very desapointed and never again will I buy a product that is sold by Saje with a "lifetime" warranty. Don't get fooled this is not a good purchase

Aromagem doesn't work

We have 3 saje diffusers. The Aromagem we have doesn't work. You can hear the motor try then shuts off. Please advise how we can return the diffuser for one that works.thank you

Wow, I thought it was me who just got a faulty product!

I was excited when I bought a diffuser from Saje however when I got home and tried to use it didn't work. I returned it with no problem and got another model. It works ok in my office. However not for the 4.5 hours that it is supposed to. Its a shame too because the design is very pretty and your Colorado, Los Angeles store with wall plants is stunning and healing. Not to mention the wonderful staff. They are patient, friendly and knowledgeable. The concepts is wonderful. Why are you having so many issues with the products? Production and design are the problems. The diffusers are not inexpensive either. I was planning on getting another one for home however after seeing all the negative reviews and that many had the same experience that I had I'm not so sure that I should buy another one or two really, one for home and another for our Airbnb. I think I'll wait until you get your act together and make better products. Also I have to keep putting more drops than I was originally told to do as well. Please make your products live up to the image that you are trying to portray then we customers will definitely come back for more.
