To promote restful sleep, mist face with eyes and mouth closed, inhaling deeply. Mist body as desired.

I would not buy this again.

The spray bottles leak all the time. What a waste of product. I will not go back to the store a second time to exchange this item. The first time it arrived at my home smashed. So annoyed.

Not sure if I would buy this one again. I have the roll on which I use on the bottom of my feet - it smells okay... the spray however smells worse. I just use one spray mist.

I'm a huge Sage advocate but am disappointed with this product I had ordered online. After a few short days of receiving the product the pump stopped working. I was finally able to get it to work again but now it only drips when I spray it. Sucks I can't go into the store to exchange it.
