Includes Himalayan Bath Salt Chunks, Pain Release Oil Blend (0.2 fl oz | 6 ml) and Muscle Melt Body Butter (1.7 fl oz | 50 ml).
How to Use
1. After a workout, roll Pain Release to relieve sore muscles.
2. Fill your bath and add 1-3 crystals (depending on the crystal size and preference) when you're ready to climb in. Stay immersed for 20-30 minutes for maximum relaxation.
3. Towel dry and smooth on Muscle Melt to decompress your body and nourish your skin.

PAIN RELEASE OIL BLEND:
Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, seek urgent medical attention or contact a poison control centre. This product is for external use only. Do not take orally. If you have epilepsy, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse with vegetable oil. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. May cause allergic reaction (e.g. Skin rashes, irritation, and dermatitis); in which case, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Avoid exposure of applied areas to the sun. Avoid with high blood pressure. Consult a health care practitioner for prolonged use, or if symptoms persist or worsen. Do not use on inflamed skin or dermatitis.
Add 55-100 drops to 10 ml of carrier oil for local application. Start with the lower dosage and increase if well tolerated and if symptoms persist.
