How to Use

Adults: add 5-25 drops to 2 tsp of carrier oil for local application.

For massage add 2 drops to 4 tsp carrier oil.

Start with lowest number of drops; increase as desired.

I love this oil! Everyone is correct that it takes some time to come out of the bottle, but it is sooooo worth the wait! I've been using it for a while now and I no longer have an issue with it coming out, it was only the first couple of times. I would highly recommend it! Love putting it in my car :-)
