Suggested Uses

SLEEP WELL | RESTFUL ROLL-ON

  • To promote restful sleep:
  • Roll onto the palm of your hand
  • Rub your palms together
  • Gently cup your hands over your nose and mouth
  • Inhale deeply 3 times through your nose
  • May also be rolled along the wrists, throat, temples and pulse points as desired.

DREAMY | BEDTIME BODY BUTTER

  • Apply to skin before bedtime as desired. Once opened, this body butter should be used within 6-8 months.

LAVENDER | RELAXING MIST

  • Usage: With mouth and eyes closed, mist entire face and body as desired while inhaling deeply through the nose. Shake well before each use.

EYE MASK

  • Handwash in cold water. Hang to dry.
