It did help me focus while studying, so that went well. I found I was staying awake and went for less breaks. I applied it to feet, wrists and temples. However, the next morning when I went to write the exam I felt groggy and had to repeat a couple questions over and over in my mind before they'd sink in. I was not alert, and I had applied this 1/2 hour before my exam. The night before I applied it I put it on my feet, but I didn't on exam day, (only wrists and temples) so that may have made a difference in the strength. I also reapplied it again just on feet and still ended up taking a nap 1/2 hour later. It just doesn't work for me. It's not the right combination of oils for me. Will be returning though mostly because I really can't stand the smell. For me, it smells like a barn, more specifically smells like horse manure. The myrtle was too overpowering. Could not smell any orange which I like. Myrtle is the biggest ingredient. Oddly, however, my daughter said it smelled like orange and lemon. Very fresh like I had just been cleaning. Smell is unique to each person and if the smell greatly turns you off, it's not right for you. I will try the Energy one next.
