YOGA TRANSITION MIST
With eyes and mouth closed, mist entire face and body as desired. Shake well before each use.
Use to gently clear the mind in preparation for your yoga practice, or at the end of your session to help your body absorb the benefits of your nourishing movements.
STRESS RELEASE NASAL INHALER
Hold close to the nostril (or nose) and inhale, up to three times per day to give yourself the vitality you need to maintain your overall well being.
Do not insert directly in the nostril.
STRESS RELEASE SOOTHING OIL BLEND
To support a sense of balance and calm the spirit, apply to forehead, neck and shoulders.
Put several drops on a tissue and hold close to face while inhaling deeply, or insert tissue into pillowcase before bed. Add 10-25 drops to a bowl of steaming water; inhale deeply for 5-10 minutes. Add 7-12 drops to a full bath and swish to disperse well.
