Irritates skin and leaves heavy residue

"I bought this makeup remover hoping it would be an effective natural product. It does not remove all makeup and has been giving me eyelid irritation and redness after use. I find I have to use my face cleanser to remove the product afterwards so I don't get skin irritation (which is defeating the purpose). Was hopeful for this product as it is described as being good for sensitive skin. Overall disappointed and wouldn't recommend"

"I was unsure of the scent to begin with but it is not strong and I actually do like its earthy scent after it has been rinsed off. It makes my face feel nice. Not greasy. I like that I am able to use it on the area around my eyes. It is a nice cleanser. However, the directions say to saturate a washcloth with the product which is a lot of product wasted. You would be out of product very quickly. I wet a small area of the washcloth, although it still seems you need to use a lot."
