Suggested Uses

  • Adults: With eyes and mouth closed, mist 3-5 pumps above head while inhaling deeply through the nose
  • Always shake any mist product well before use
  • For occasional use only, up to five times per day

Warnings: Keep out of reach of children. For external use only. If swallowed, seek urgent care/call Poison Control Centre. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes and broken/irritated/sensitive skin; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding or if epileptic. If asthmatic, consult a doctor before use. If allergic reaction occurs, stop use and call a doctor.

HOW TO STORE: For best results, store all essential oil-based products in a cool, dry area away from direct heat, light and exposure to oxygen.

"The smell is lovely. The mist absorbs nicely, I don't have to worry if it gets on clothing or surfaces. I noted the other review on here - about the spray bottle malfunctioning.
