Suggested Uses

Full Steam Ahead: Place steamer on the floor of your shower. The steamer will slowly fizz while releasing aromatics into the air.

Fortify Oil Blend Roll-On: To temporarily calm coughs due to minor throat and bronchial irritation associated with a cold or inhaled irritants. Relieves the impulse to cough to help you rest: 

Adults and children 12 years of age and older: rub a thick layer onto the throat and chest up to three times daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. 

Practice a deep breathing exercise we call the Saje Breath; roll product onto clean palms of your hands, cup over nose and mouth and take 2-3 deep, slow inhales in through the nose and long, slow exhales out through the mouth to encourage clear and open breathing.

If product is swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

Fortified Warmth Bath Salt Soak: Add 2–5 tablespoons once you have filled the bath and are ready to climb in to ensure that the oils do not dissipate and their beneficial properties are not lost. Close the door to keep the precious aromas in and stay immersed for 20–30 minutes for maximum benefit.
