How to Use
Refill your roll-on up to 3 times
Treat your tummy to an aromatic massage:
Apply directly onto stomach as desired and gently massage
You may also roll into the palm of your hand and massage the stomach in a clockwise direction, the natural direction of digestion in the body
Roll onto wrists and other pulse points
Practice a deep breathing exercise we call the Saje Breath; roll product onto clean palms of your hands, cup over nose and mouth and take 2-3 deep, slow inhales in through the nose and long, slow exhales out through the mouth to encourage feeling relieved and at ease.
