Gifting Saje this holiday season? We’ve got you covered. Purchases made between October 30, 2025, and December 24, 2025, are eligible for return until January 31, 2026. All other terms of our Formulation and Diffuser Guarantee policies remain in effect.

Holiday Shipping

Please allow 1–5 business days to process and pack your order. Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Holiday Shipping Cut-Offs

To receive your gifts by December 24, order by:

*Note: Hand Sanitizer and select Home Cleaning products are only eligible for ground shipping.

*During Checkout you will see the total price, including taxes, shipping and handling charges, in US dollars before you place your order. Your credit card will be charged in US dollars according to the charges displayed during Checkout.

Returns

New or gently used formulations that do not support your wellness needs can be refunded with the original receipt within 30 days of in-store purchase or within 30 days of delivery for online orders. To help reduce waste, we do not accept returns on previously used functional diffusers.
