How to Use

Suggested Uses

  • Add 4-7 drops to 2 tsp of carrier oil (like fractionated coconut oil or jojoba) and apply to the chest
  • Add 4-12 drops to a bowl of steaming water/facial steamer and inhale deeply for 5-10 minutes
  • Add 5-10 drops to your diffuser of choice; add additional drops as desired
  • For massage, add 2 drops to 4 tsp of carrier oil
  • Less is more; for all methods of application, start with the lowest suggested number of drops and add according to your preference
  • Our diffuser blends are compatible with all ultrasonic diffusers

Eucalyptus, commonly referred to in aromatherapy as 'the breathing oil', is a fresh, well recognized and soothing herb with many different topical and aromatic uses. The blue-green leaves of this tall tree are steam distilled to produce an essential oil with a refreshing aroma and a clarifying and strengthening effect.

Its easing and relieving effects are well documented, which is why it's commonly included in products formulated to encourage deep breathing, soothe the throat and chest as well as to bring grounding and restoration to the body and mind.
