- Practice a deep breathing exercise we call the Saje Breath; roll product onto clean palms of your hands, cup over nose and mouth and take 2-3 deep, slow inhales in through the nose and long, slow exhales out through the mouth to encourage winding down and feeling at ease

Do not expose the applied area(s) to the sun for 24 to 48 hours after application. For external use only. If you have epilepsy or asthma, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, do not use this product. If you have broken, irritated, or sensitive skin, do not use this product. If you experience nausea, dizziness, headache or an allergic reaction, discontinue use.
HOW TO STORE: For best results, store all essential oil-based products in a cool, dry area away from direct heat, light and exposure to oxygen.
