Suggested Uses

  • To help you feel grounded and in harmony:
  • Apply to all pulse points: behind the ears, along the sides of the neck, on the wrists and in the elbow creases
  • Practice a deep breathing exercise we call the Saje Breath; roll product onto clean palms of your hands, cup over nose and mouth and take 2-3 deep, slow inhales in through the nose and long, slow exhales out through the mouth to encourage feeling deeply soothed and calmed
