Formulation Guarantee
If you’re not happy with any blend, remedy or formulation, we’ll make it right. Return any new or slightly used Saje product with the original receipt, within 30 days of your in-store purchase or within 30 days of receiving your online order, and we’ll gladly refund or exchange your purchase.
Price Adjustments
We’re happy to make price adjustments on full-price items within 15 days of your purchase. Just bring your original receipt.
Online Purchases
Made your order online and want to return or exchange online?
Contact our Customer Experience team at 1-877-ASK-SAJE (1-877-275-7253) or email us. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase for a full refund to your original method of payment. With your receipt or email confirmation, we’ll refund your original method of payment or issue store credit via an e-gift card. Our e-gift cards can be used both online and in store.

Retail Partner Purchases
We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for purchases made outside of Saje.
International Orders
For orders placed outside of Canada or the U.S., we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.
Diffuser Guarantee
We put great care into the design, fabrication and quality of our diffusers. Should yours malfunction or not meet your space-care needs, we’ll remedy it.
With the original receipt, we’ll refund, exchange or repair your diffuser within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, our Diffuser Guarantee still has you covered. If issues arise from normal use, we’ll repair it, replace it with the same diffuser, or issue a gift card for its original value. To help reduce waste, we do not accept returns on previously used functional units.
If your diffuser isn’t working, bring it to a retail location or contact our Consumer Experience team at 1-877-ASK-SAJE (1-877-275-7253) or email us. Cosmetic damage, misuse, modifications or accidents are not covered under our Diffuser Guarantee.
