NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. THIS GIVEAWAY IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED, ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH INSTAGRAM, META, TIKTOK, X, OR ANY OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM. 1. SPONSOR: The Saje and Silk & Snow Ultimate Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Saje Natural Business, Inc., Unit #600 – 22 East 5th Ave., Vancouver, BC V5T 1G8 (“Sponsor”). Not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, X or any other social media platform.
2. ELIGIBILITY: The Giveaway is open only to legal residents currently residing and physically located within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, who are 18+ or the age of majority in their state of residence (19+ AL/NE), whichever is older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, Silk & Snow, and each of their related and affiliated companies, subsidiaries, franchisees, suppliers, partners, prize suppliers, advertising and promotional agencies, Giveaway administrators, and any other parties engaged in the development, production or distribution of Giveaway materials (collectively, the “Giveaway Entities”) and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are ineligible to enter the Giveaway or win a prize. By participating in this Giveaway, entrants acknowledge compliance with, and agree to be bound by, these Rules. Entrants who do not comply with any of these Rules are subject to disqualification by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Decisions of Sponsors are final and binding on all matters relating to the Giveaway.
3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD: Giveaway begins on March 25, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. PDT and ends on March 29, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PDT (the “Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s clock will be the official timekeeper for the Giveaway.
4. HOW TO ENTER: To enter this Giveaway, during the Giveaway Period, visit https://www.saje.com/pages/the-ultimate-sleep-giveaway (“Website”) and complete the online entry form (“Entry Form”), by providing your name, state of residence, and e-mail address. Upon hitting “Submit,” you (“Entrant”) will automatically receive one (1) entry (“Entry”) into the Giveaway. Limit one Entry per person and per email address. Automated or bulk entries or Entries submitted by third parties are prohibited, and any use of automated devices will result in disqualification. Any attempt or suspected attempt to use robotic, automatic, programmed, or otherwise, illicit means to enter the Giveaway, or any other methods not authorized by these Rules, for example, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts, identities, or registrations, may, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, be deemed tampering and may disqualify entrant from entering, participating and/or winning a prize.
Normal internet access, phone, and usage charges imposed by an online or phone service may apply. Entrant must complete all required information to be eligible to enter. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or untimely Entries are void and will be disqualified. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address will be disqualified.
5. PRIZES: One (1) prize will be awarded during the Giveaway (“Prize”), which will consist of a prize package of Saje and Silk & Snow products containing the following.

The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Prize is $487. Actual retail price may vary. Any difference between actual retail prize and ARV will not be awarded. LIMIT ONE PRIZE PER PERSON.
6. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS. Giveaway Winner shall be solely responsible for any local, state, and federal taxes on his/her Prize including sales or use taxes, as well as any expenses related to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of Prize. The U.S. IRS requires a Form 1099-MISC to be issued and filed for each individual who receives a Prize if the amount of the prize is $2,000 or more. If required, Sponsor will send Giveaway Winner a W9 form, which must be completed and returned to Sponsor for the Giveaway Winner to receive the Prize. If filed by Sponsor, a copy of the Form 1099-MISC, which will be issued for the fair market value of the Prize, will be sent to Giveaway Winner at the end of the calendar year. Any Giveaway Winner who fails to provide information sufficient to complete a Form 1099-MISC, if applicable, (including, without limitation, social security number or tax identification number) shall forfeit any and all rights to the applicable Prize.
Prizes will be delivered by mail or other delivery service, at Sponsor’s or its designee’s sole discretion, to the mailing address provided by Giveaway Winner. If a Prize is returned as undeliverable or is unable to be awarded for any reason, the applicable Prize will be forfeited. Sponsor will not replace any Prize or any component of the Prize that is lost, mutilated, or stolen. Prizes pictured in advertising, marketing or promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between statements contained in any such materials and the terms and conditions of these Rules, these Rules shall prevail, govern, and control. The Giveaway Entities are not responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions, or any act or omission whatsoever with respect to the Prizes. Prizes are nontransferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions will be made, other than as provided herein; however, Sponsor reserves the right, as determined in its sole discretion, to substitute a Prize, in whole or in part, of equal or greater monetary value if a Prize cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, as described for any reason. Only the number of Prizes stated in these Rules is available to be won in the Giveaway. If, by reason of a print or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Rules, an alternate winner will be selected in accordance with the winner selection method described below from among all eligible claimants making purportedly valid claims to award the advertised number of prizes available. Winner assumes any and all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by entering or participating in this Giveaway or use or redemption of a Prize. The Prize must be accepted as awarded. Neither the prize, nor any portion thereof, can be combined with other discounts, promotions or special
offers. All Prize details not specified in these Rules will be determined in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Prize details are subject to change, and Sponsor will provide Entrants with reasonable notice of any change to the prize details. Unclaimed Prizes will be forfeited.
6. ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning a Prize will depend on the number of eligible Entries received before end of the Giveaway Period.
7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: On or about April 3, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. PDT, one (1) potential prize winner (“Potential Winner”) will be randomly selected in a drawing to be held by Sponsor or Sponsor’s designees from all eligible Entries received prior to end of the Giveaway Period. The Potential Prize Winner will be be notified thereafter by e-mail to the e-mail address provided on the Entry Form (“Notification”). It is a Potential Winner’s responsibility to monitor his/her email address to see if he/she is a Potential Winner. Sponsor shall have no liability for any Notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a Potential Winner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, a Potential Winner does not respond within 7 days of the first Notification attempt, if the Prize or Notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such Potential Winner, if Potential Winner chooses not to accept his/her Prize, is not in compliance with these Rules, if a Potential Winner fails to sign and return any Prize Claim Documents (as defined below) within the required time period (if applicable), or if a Potential Winner is disqualified for any reason, such Potential Winner will forfeit his or her Prize and an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining qualified Entries. Only one (1) alternate drawing will be held, after which any remaining Prizes will remain unawarded. A Potential Winner may have to sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where imposing such condition is legal) Publicity Release, and if requested for US residents, a Form W-9 providing taxpayer information (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”) prior to receiving the Prize.
POTENTIAL WINNER IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE GIVEAWAY. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. Upon Potential Winner’s verification, he/she will be deemed the “Giveaway Winner”.
Disputes regarding identity of Entrant: If the identity of an Entrant is disputed, the Entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder (the individual assigned to the e-mail address account associated with the entry) as long as such person is otherwise eligible in accordance with these Official Rules. Each Entrant may be required to provide proof that he/she is the Authorized Account Holder associated with an entry.
8. 10. GENERAL. Participation in the Giveaway constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Sponsor and the Giveaway Entities are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, misdirected, or illegible Entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, garbled transmissions or miscommunications, telephone transmission problems; computer or software
malfunctions or damage to a user’s computer equipment (software or hardware); technical failures; or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise. Proof of sending or submission of Entry will not be deemed proof of receipt of same by Sponsor. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

DISPUTES: All disputes, controversies, or claims (each, a “Claim) arising out of or in connection with this Giveaway, the meaning or interpretation of the Rules, or any Prize awarded will be resolved as set forth in the “Dispute Resolutions” Section of Sponsor’s Terms of Use (available at: https://www.saje.com/pages/terms-of-use), which includes a mandatory arbitration provision. All Claims shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action and all Claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event, include attorneys’ fees, and under no circumstances will any Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and, by entering, Entrant waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses and waives all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

Prizes will be delivered by mail or other delivery service, at Sponsor’s or its designee’s sole discretion, to the mailing address provided by Giveaway Winner. If a Prize is returned as undeliverable or is unable to be awarded for any reason, the applicable Prize will be forfeited. Sponsor will not replace any Prize or any component of the Prize that is lost, mutilated, or stolen. Prizes pictured in advertising, marketing or promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between statements contained in any such materials and the terms and conditions of these Rules, these Rules shall prevail, govern, and control. The Giveaway Entities are not responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions, or any act or omission whatsoever with respect to the Prizes. Prizes are nontransferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions will be made, other than as provided herein; however, Sponsor reserves the right, as determined in its sole discretion, to substitute a Prize, in whole or in part, of equal or greater monetary value if a Prize cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, as described for any reason. Only the number of Prizes stated in these Rules is available to be won in the Giveaway. If, by reason of a print or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Rules, an alternate winner will be selected in accordance with the winner selection method described below from among all eligible claimants making purportedly valid claims to award the advertised number of prizes available. Winner assumes any and all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by entering or participating in this Giveaway or use or redemption of a Prize. The Prize must be accepted as awarded. Neither the prize, nor any portion thereof, can be combined with other discounts, promotions or special
offers. All Prize details not specified in these Rules will be determined in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Prize details are subject to change, and Sponsor will provide Entrants with reasonable notice of any change to the prize details. Unclaimed Prizes will be forfeited.
6. ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning a Prize will depend on the number of eligible Entries received before end of the Giveaway Period.
7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: On or about April 3, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. PDT, one (1) potential prize winner (“Potential Winner”) will be randomly selected in a drawing to be held by Sponsor or Sponsor’s designees from all eligible Entries received prior to end of the Giveaway Period. The Potential Prize Winner will be be notified thereafter by e-mail to the e-mail address provided on the Entry Form (“Notification”). It is a Potential Winner’s responsibility to monitor his/her email address to see if he/she is a Potential Winner. Sponsor shall have no liability for any Notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a Potential Winner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, a Potential Winner does not respond within 7 days of the first Notification attempt, if the Prize or Notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such Potential Winner, if Potential Winner chooses not to accept his/her Prize, is not in compliance with these Rules, if a Potential Winner fails to sign and return any Prize Claim Documents (as defined below) within the required time period (if applicable), or if a Potential Winner is disqualified for any reason, such Potential Winner will forfeit his or her Prize and an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining qualified Entries. Only one (1) alternate drawing will be held, after which any remaining Prizes will remain unawarded. A Potential Winner may have to sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where imposing such condition is legal) Publicity Release, and if requested for US residents, a Form W-9 providing taxpayer information (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”) prior to receiving the Prize.
POTENTIAL WINNER IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE GIVEAWAY. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. Upon Potential Winner’s verification, he/she will be deemed the “Giveaway Winner”.
Disputes regarding identity of Entrant: If the identity of an Entrant is disputed, the Entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder (the individual assigned to the e-mail address account associated with the entry) as long as such person is otherwise eligible in accordance with these Official Rules. Each Entrant may be required to provide proof that he/she is the Authorized Account Holder associated with an entry.

10. GENERAL. Participation in the Giveaway constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Sponsor and the Giveaway Entities are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, misdirected, or illegible Entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, garbled transmissions or miscommunications, telephone transmission problems; computer or software
malfunctions or damage to a user’s computer equipment (software or hardware); technical failures; or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise. Proof of sending or submission of Entry will not be deemed proof of receipt of same by Sponsor. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS GIVEAWAY OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the offer or administration of this Giveaway, or in the announcement of Giveaway Winners and Prizes. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the entry process, any website used in connection with, and/or the legitimate operation of the Giveaway; to violate the Rules; or to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. If, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned (including without limitation, fraud, technical failures, or any other factor that is unanticipated or beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway) Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, cancel or terminate the Giveaway (or any portion thereof); modify the Giveaway or suspend the Giveaway to address the impairment and then resume the Giveaway in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Rules; and/or (c) void any suspect Entries and award the Prize(s) at random from among the eligible, non-suspect Entries received up to the time of the impairment.
The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law and subject to all applicable federal, state, municipal and local laws.
All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, designs, promotional materials, web pages, source codes, images, drawings, illustrations, slogans and representations are owned by each of Saje and Silk & Snow, as applicable. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized copying or use of any copyrighted material or other intellectual property without the express written consent of the Sponsors is strictly prohibited.
11. DISPUTES: All disputes, controversies, or claims (each, a “Claim) arising out of or in connection with this Giveaway, the meaning or interpretation of the Rules, or any Prize awarded will be resolved as set forth in the “Dispute Resolutions” Section of Sponsor’s Terms of Use (available at: https://www.saje.com/pages/terms-of-use), which includes a mandatory arbitration provision. All Claims shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action and all Claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event, include attorneys’ fees, and under no circumstances will any Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and, by entering, Entrant waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses and waives all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
12. WINNERS’ LIST: A list of the winners may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Saje x Silk & Snow Giveaway, ATTN: Email Marketing Manager, Saje Natural Business, Inc., Unit #600 – 22 East 5th Ave., Vancouver, BC, Canada V5T 1G8. International postage required for mail sent from the United States. All such requests must be received within six (6) weeks after the end of the Giveaway Period.
