No. Muscle Move is formulated to dry quickly with a smooth, non-greasy and non-sticky texture. Pullulan helps create the gel consistency, allowing it to glide easily over skin and disappear as you massage it in. 

Whenever movement catches up with you. Work it into your recovery routine before or after exercise or other movement, or reach for it when everyday aches and soreness show up. Apply to the affected area no more than three times daily.

All three support pain and recovery, but they play different roles in your routine. Extra Strength Roll-On is an oil-based remedy for muscular pain, soreness, tension and tightness associated with concerns such as backaches, strains and sprains. Pain Release is Saje’s original pain-and-recovery formula for nagging aches, stiffness and soreness, with several application formats available. Muscle Move is our first dedicated proactive recovery product: a fast-drying gel created for everyday soreness, with a triple cooling effect and stainless-steel massage applicator.

It does much more than dispense the gel. The stainless-steel barrel stays cool to the touch, completing the triple cooling effect while helping you apply level, massage-like pressure to areas such as the calves, quads and trapezius muscles. Once you’ve dispensed enough gel, twist it closed and keep rolling to massage and distribute the product without releasing more.
