How to Use
To moisturize and hydrate stretching belly skin during pregnancy, massage in a clockwise direction on abdomen, thighs, breasts and buttocks. Massage only lightly in first trimester.
Follow your normal bathing or showering routine. To keep your suds as natural as your body oil, check out our body washes and soaps for some SLS- and paraben-free choices.
For the most hydrating results, apply body oil to your skin when it’s still slightly damp. Use 1-2 teaspoons for your whole body, and remember to take the time to massage it in properly.
