Suggested Uses

  • To help feel soothed and relieved:
  • Apply to lower abdomen, lower back, hips and thighs to support feelings of balance and comfort
  • Add 7-12 drops to a full bath and swish to disperse
  • Practice a deep breathing exercise we call the Saje Breath; roll product onto clean palms of your hands, cup over nose and mouth and take 2-3 deep, slow inhales in through the nose and long, slow exhales out through the mouth to soothe your mood and ease your mind
