How to Use
To support a sense of balance and calm the spirit, apply to forehead, neck and shoulders.
Put several drops on a tissue and hold close to face while inhaling deeply, or insert tissue into pillowcase before bed. Add 10-25 drops to a bowl of steaming water; inhale deeply for 5-10 minutes. Add 7-12 drops to a full bath and swish to disperse well.
Add a few drops to a tissue and insert into pillowcase.
Add 3-5 drops to a bowl of steaming water and inhale.
Add 3-5 drops to a warm bath then swish to disperse.
