Frequent Dreamer

Though we curated this kit to help you create a nighttime wind down routine, it’s perfectly ok to use each of the products individually, according to your preference.

You might create a routine using the products in the evening time as you prepare to wind down for the day. Our favorite ways to use each item include:

Sleep Well roll-on: apply to areas like the wrists, temples, throat and chest about 30 minutes before you intend to climb into bed

Tranquility mist: mist over face and body and breathe deeply, or mist over pillows and bedding for added calm and peacefulness

Dreamy hand cream: smooth over hands in the evening for soft, supple skin from soothing, restorative ingredients

Contour eye mask: wear the mask snuggly over the eye area either at nighttime or during self-care rituals like meditation

Yes, each of the products inside meets the TSA requirements for size limits of liquids that can be placed in carry-on luggage.

Our community requests an eye mask from us each holiday season, and we’re excited that this year's version is featured in a deep navy colorway and was designed with contoured eye pockets to help protect the delicate eye area, reducing friction on the skin and the eyelashes. A contoured mask is made to fit snugly around the eye and nose area to help enhance light blocking, providing a black out effect that may support improved sleep quality. We suggest using it during sleep, meditation or travel.
