Apply to palms, soles of feet, wrists, pulse points and around hairline to refresh the mind. For prolonged use, consult a doctor.

CLEANSE

For adults 18 and over: Apply around forehead, under the chin, and on pulse points. For prolonged use, consult a doctor.

REFLECTION

Apply to all pulse points: behind ears, along neck, wrists and elbow creases. Apply to palms, rub together, then cup hands over nose and mouth and breathe deeply. For adults 18 and over.
