Suggested Uses

  • Adults: add 2-5 drops to 5ml of a carrier oil of your choice (like fractionated coconut oil or jojoba oil) for local application
  • Add 1-5 drops to a bowl of steaming water/facial steamer and inhale deeply for 5-10 minutes
  • For massage, add 1-5 drops to 15ml of carrier oil
  • Add 5-10 drops to your diffuser of choice; add additional drops as desired
  • Use up to three times per day
  • Less is more; for all methods of application, start with the lowest suggested number of drops and add according to your preference
