How to Use

Suggested Uses

  • Adults: add 5 drops to 2tsp of a carrier oil of your choice (like fractionated coconut oil or jojoba oil) for local application.
  • Add 4-12 drops to a bowl of steaming water/facial steamer and inhale deeply for 5-10 minutes.
  • Add 5-10 drops to your diffuser of choice; add additional drops as desired.
  • For massage, add 2 drops to 4 tsp of carrier oil.
  • For skincare, add 1 drop to 2 tsp of carrier oil.
  • Less is more; for all methods of application, start with the lowest suggested number of drops and add according to your preference.
  • Our diffuser blends are compatible with all ultrasonic diffusers.
